Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor annual marketing plan and budget
- Conduct core tasks including write and proof read, video making, social media and so on
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns to promote product and services

R&D Executive
|

Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of product safety: obtain bill of materials from supplier, check and approve safety aspects for new materials, understand and comply customer safety requirements, work with labs on test cost, coordinate safety test with approved labs, conduct safety briefing to internal departments.
- Spearhead new product development: initiate ideas and identify trend and needs with sales team, plan out actions and timeline, conduct research, work with related departments from concept to completion.
- Improving current products and processes: work with R&D committee to identify priority of focus, keep minutes, record test results, coordinate testing, monitor progress, set and keep to timeline.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Analytical thinking, creative in problem solving
- Communication skills, able to build relationship and garner support across departments
- Persistent and would make things happen
- Strong initiative for improvement
- Able to work independently
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in R&D, product development
- Diploma or degree in other fields, chemistry or engineering
